Three Brothers Restaurant and Serbian Fest
For over sixty years the Milwaukee restaurant Three Brothers has been serving up award-winning Serbian food. Co-owner and chef Milunka Radicevic invites host Luke Zahm to cook with her and her mother Patricia. The trio prepares and dines on a traditional Serbian faire while sampling Slivovitz, a beloved Serbian brandy. Later, Luke continues his exploration of Serbian cuisine by stopping by Serbian Fest in Racine where a small, but devoted group of churchgoers proudly keep their heritage alive by sharing their culture with each other as well as local residents.

Over beignets, grits, chicken, and waffles the two discuss Adrian’s culinary journey from Austin, Texas to LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
