Chris Gentine, owner of Deer Creek Cheese, isn’t your traditional cheesemaker, he collaborates with other cheese companies to create unique cheeses, such as The Rattlesnake. Today we follow Chris to Henning’s Cheese and watch how the infamous Rattlesnake is made, gas masks are involved. Then Chef Luke Zahm meets up with Chris to discuss cheddar tasting. Afterward, Luke heads to 3 Sheeps Brewing in Sheboygan to get a tour and tasting from owners, Grant Pauly and James Owen.
