The new season premieres 1/16/20 on PBS Wisconsin! Chef Luke Zahm travels to Sheboygan, home to world-class Brats and Hard Rolls. Today Luke will be visiting Miesfeld’s Meat Market to try his hand at making and eventually eating their world championship brats. We meet Chuck Miesfeld, third-generation owner and Richard Sachse to get a little history on how they’ve made their mark on the countries sausage capital.
