Chef Luke Zahm heads to Milwaukee to take part in a charity dinner to help fight Kennedy’s disease. Along the way, Luke stops in Madison to pick up some ingredients from The Conscious Carnivore, a butcher shop specializing in Humanely raised and treated, locally harvested animals. Luke then stops by Fauntleroy, a rocking new French restaurant in Milwaukee, where he talks with co-owner and chef Dan Jacobs talks with Luke about living with Kennedy’s disease. The entire affair ends in a dinner event that reflects the rich network of chefs in the Midwest in support of an amazing cause.
