In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie we visit Milwaukee’s first inner-city cheese factory, Clock Shadow Creamery.
The creamery, sits in the shadow of the Allen Bradley clock in Milwaukees historic and up and coming culinary neighborhood Walker’s Point. Award winning Cheesemaker and Owner Bob Wills travels from his cheese factory in Plain WI Cedar Grove to meet us at his newest venture Clock Shadow Creamery.
Bob tours us through the creamery and introduces us to some of the personalities and entrepreneurs responsible for the amazing artisinal products being produced at Clock Shadow Creamery.
Besides the fresh cheeses made daily, Clock Shadow Creamery also serves as an incubator for upstarts like Martha’s Pimento Cheese and Purple Door Ice Cream and we get a behind the scenes look at how these products are made.
