On the season finale of Wisconsin Foodie, we visit Schreiner’s Restaurant in Fond Du Lac for some old fashioned americana cooking! Owner Paul Cunningham sits down with us and discusses how they have kept their traditions alive after being open since 1938. Then we goto Milwaukee and check out Bay View Packing. Reinhart Liebner is the 4th generation of Liebners to own and operate the business. He takes us through the process of packing their pork hocks, and has a tasting surprise for us. Reinhart takes us to the famous Wolski’s Tavern to go through their products and taste them. So join us as Wolski’s closes out this season of Wisconsin Foodie.
