This week, we see how Crave Brothers Cheese not only makes marvelous mozzarella, so also uses renewable energy to power their factory and beyond.


 

 

 

In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, we visit a family farm, large scale dairy, award-winning cheesemaking facility, and energy supplier, Crave Brothers Dairy. The Crave Brothers are shining example of big dairy done right. George Crave tours us around his award winning dairy, and shows us how that milk is turned into wonderful fresh cheese. We go from the soil to the cattle, to the cheese and finally to the recycled methane energy that all goes back out into the community.
