Hooks Cheese “Better With Age”

On this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, we make some cheese with cheese maker Tony Hook at Hook’s Cheese Company. Hook’s Cheese has made a name for itself by aging their cheese to not only 12, but even 15 years. Every year, it gets better with age.
