Wollersheim Winery’s annual Open House offers grapevine pruning demonstrations, cooking with wine demonstrations, and winemaker explanations. Visits through the winery’s modern fermentation facilities and historic underground aging cellars take place throughout the day, plus bottling line demonstrations and interactive displays are available for families to enjoy along a self-guided tour.
