NEW EPISODE Food Trucks
In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie we explore a small sample size of the world of Food Trucks ranging from traditional and ethnic cuisine to trucks dedicated to midwest comfort food using locally sourced ingredients.
First we start on Milwaukee’s South Side, with our friend and tour guide Judge Pedro Colon, we visit several traditional taco trucks and get our fill of meats ranging from the head and tounge to trype.
Then we head from the city streets to the farm as the Kangaroostraunt truck teams up with Red Barn Family Farms to cook up a special lunch on the farm for a lucky group of Foodies.
