In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie we visit the Milwaukee County Winter Farmers Market at State Fair Park in Milwaukee, WI.

We get a tour of the market and all of it’s abundance from the market manager Deb Deacon, Deb introduces us to several vendors at the market encouraging them to share their stories with us.

Then we get a behind the scenes look into the market kitchen as 5 local chefs prepare a “sold out” breakfast for over 200 people using products from the market to create the meal.
