NEW EPISODE New York City

First we meet with Beloit native turned international celebrity and and michelin awarded chef, Michael White. Chef White tours us through his restaurant Osteria Morini. Next we vista a New York staple and go to for the best cheese in the world, Murray’s Cheese. There we get some insight into where Wisconsin ranks amongst some of these fine cheeses. Last but not least we hang out with Milwaukee native Julia Jaksic, chef at Employees Only. Chef Julia creates midwestern inspired dishes to accompany their award winning cocktails.
