David Swanson has been running a traveling cooking school for the past several years cooking out in the barns and in the open fields, tonight he finally opens a place to call his own. Later we catch up with the Author of “Cheesemonger: a life on the wedge” Gordon Edgar. Gordon also runs one of the best cheese shops in the country, Rainbow Co-op in San Fransisco, he is in town for a book reading at Larrys Market.
