On this episode of Wisconsin Foodie we feature several tastemakers in Wisconsin that are changing the way we look at dining. First we profile the travelling culinary group  ”Outstanding in the Field” as they arrive in Wisconsin and pair Chef Tory Miller of L’Etoile and Graze restaurant for a 200 person dinner on the farm of cheesemaker Willi Lehner of Bleu Mont Dairy. Then we meet up with the Underground Food Collective as they host a pop-up dinner in the kitchen of L’Etoile. Finally we feature Myrica von Hassleberg of Horno Magico as she and her friends put on an intimate secret dinner for 12 at The Best Place.
