Combine bike riding, touring local farms and great local food and you get “Tour de Farms.” Join Braise and Chef David Swanson for a 35-mile leisurely bike ride touring farms in Sheboygan and Ozaukee counties. The tour starts at Jeff-Leen Farm in Random Lake by fueling up for the ride with pastries, coffee and energy drinks. The ride takes then travels along the river and to visit one or two other farms, stocked with replenishment’s, shady spots for napping and exciting places to explore and learn about farming.
