Chef Brian Moran | Seared Scallop BLT

This was the first segment shot for Wisconsin Foodie (we have come a long way) and meant to be a test run. The recipe Chef Brain Moran prepares is a seared scallop BLT, which unfortunately you cannot buy locally. Fear not though, I’m sure if you stop at the St. Paul Fish Market and Brain is working he’ll make it for you. Or else, follow the recipe and eat at home…it’s easy.
